The Sanctuary Retreat
These retreats are portals. They open a rare space to step out of the noise and enter intentional stillness. Over two days, you’ll be guided through the living practice of yantra sādhanā, an ancient discipline where sacred geometry, mantra, and silence become the path inward.
A yantra is more than a design. In Sanskrit, yam means “to hold” and tra means “instrument” or “tool.” A yantra is literally a tool that holds, a vessel of vibration. When imbued with mantra, it becomes alive, a frequency labyrinth that steadies the mind, opens the heart, and awakens the soul to its true nature.
The journey unfolds step by step. Ritual and sacred storytelling prepare the mind and heart. Japa meditation, the rhythmic repetition of mantra, clears distraction and gathers focus. Silence becomes the teacher, allowing insight and presence to arise naturally. With each line drawn, each mantra spoken, each pause of stillness, the yantra reveals itself and reflects you back to yourself.
You do not need art experience. The practice itself is the teaching. The shapes, the colors, the rhythms of silence and sound become a mirror, showing you where you are ready to soften, release, and open. All that is asked of you is presence, breath, and willingness.
These retreats are containers of transformation, tender and powerful, rooted in practices that steady the nervous system and awaken the spirit.
Let the sacred take shape through your hands. Let the mantra carry you inward. Let the stillness show you what is ready to return.
