Echoes of the Abyss is a sound immersion and guided meditation designed to help you release what’s heavy, restore inner calm, and return to your truth, grounded, clear, and whole. This journey gently guides you through the deeper waters of emotion, memory, and energy using cinematic soundscapes and live healing instruments.

I begin with energy clearing and a guided meditation to help you soften, settle, and prepare your nervous system for the journey ahead. From there, an ambient soundscape unfolds, woven with resonant tones, flowing textures, and spacious frequencies, designed to support release, clarity, and deep internal rest. Live healing instruments are played throughout, integrated in real time to create a fully immersive, somatic experience.

You’re invited to follow the sound, your breath, and your inner awareness, allowing what wants to soften, rise, or shift to do so naturally. The experience is intuitive and personal, guided by presence rather than performance.

We close with a cup of grounding tea and gentle integration, giving your body time to reenter the moment with ease before stepping back into your world.
