Breathe into grace

Some things you know before you understand them.

For years, I carried a quiet inner knowing that one day I would do energy healing differently. That something was coming that I had not yet encountered. That when it arrived, it would require breathwork to activate it.

A dear friend confirmed it while reading my astrology chart. She told me I would really benefit from breathwork. I held that knowing and trusted the timing.

Jacquelyn has been part of this community for years, showing up at events, sharing in the energy of this space. When she was working on her second breathwork certification and put out a call for volunteers, the timing could not have been more perfect. My friend's words were still fresh. I jumped at the opportunity.

I still do not have the full words for what happened over those three sessions.

About ten minutes into active breathing, my body stops being mine in the ordinary sense. It becomes a conduit. The energy is moving so strongly that it makes me feel cold to the core,  moving through every part of me and pouring out through my hands.  The energy is so powerful that it has lifted my hands off the ground. It is almost uncomfortable because it is so alive, so ready, so insistent on going somewhere. On my own, I can only receive so much of it. It wants to move.

And then I placed my hands on someone else.

Everything changed. The moment of contact brought a wave of love so profound that it brought me to tears, pure, undeniable, unconditional love. I have never felt anything like it. And it happens the same way every single time.

This is the Grace Transmission. Here is what will be coming into the room on May 5th.

To understand what the energy does, in my last session, the message was clear: it's a universal energy. I still didn't fully grasp what this meant until I went back to my Human Design to understand it. I am a 5/1. The Heretic. The universalizer. It had been written in my chart all along.

During those sessions, I was shown Jacquelyn and me doing this work together. She has now received the Grace Transmission from me three times. On the evening of the event, I will send it to her again just before we open to the group. Then, together, we will move through the room and offer it to each person present.

This is how it was shown to me. This is how it will unfold. This is a birthday offering from Jacquelyn to herself and to you.

Part One — Breathwork with Jacquelyn

Breathwork is a conscious practice that gently yet powerfully affects the breath. It allows you to see every part of yourself fully by bringing your awareness to your body and your womb space, and loving every aspect of yourself that surfaces in this process.

We begin with a discussion of what to expect and how to move through it, followed by a demonstration and a check of a breath technique. The journey itself is approximately 1 hour of active breathing.

This process is an invitation to crack yourself open and expand in deep self-love.

Part Two — Grace Transmission with Diana and Jacquelyn

From that wide open receptive place, each person in the room will receive a Grace Transmission. This is a channeled intelligent energy that meets every person exactly where they are and gives them precisely what they need.

Every person experiences something different. Love and gratitude are always constant.

Jacquelyn

Jacquelyn helps women re-establish trust in their bodies and tap into the energy of their wombs. She discovered the power of breathwork in 2021 after the tragic loss of a former love and became passionate about helping people move through the challenges and heartbreaks life has to offer. She became a certified breathwork facilitator in 2024 and has recently expanded her education to the mysteries and power of the feminine, receiving additional certification in three feminine breathwork techniques in 2026.
