This is the heart of the evening. You float weightless, held by the water.
This journey is a deliberate convergence of a digital canvas and live acoustic medicine, where technology and tradition collaborate to unlock an entirely new dimension of sound healing.
The experience unfolds within a digital architecture tuned entirely to 432 Hz, a warm, grounding frequency aligned with the earth's natural geometry that coaxes your nervous system into a state of immediate safety. While this digital foundation holds the container with deep, continuous sub-bass vibrations that keep your brainwaves locked in meditation, the live instruments are free to breathe.
Voices and instruments from across the earth rise and dissolve, wash over you and through you, carrying you somewhere words can't reach.
Together, the digital canvas and the live transmission achieve a layered, immersive depth that neither could accomplish alone, moving through your body, past thought, past effort, into a place of deep release and quiet remembrance.
We gather in a sacred circle to set our intentions and drink ceremonial cacao. It's a gentle opening of the heart, a soft invitation to let go. As the cacao warms your body and softens your edges, we move through a guided heart-opening meditation to prepare you to receive what comes next.
Three plant allies carry the evening: tobacco, the grandfather plant and carrier of prayer; sage, the purifier that clears what no longer serves; and lemongrass, the brightener that lifts and renews. We open with them as we set our intentions, and release them to the fire at the close. What we begin with intention, we give back with gratitude, completing the circle.
The night closes in warmth around the fire. Here we offer a release of tobacco, sage, and lemongrass given to the flames, carrying away what you're ready to let go of. We sip grounding tea and return gently to the present, settled, clear, and held by the circle.
