We begin with energy clearing and guided meditation to help you center, settle, and prepare your system for the journey ahead. From there, an ambient soundscape unfolds, woven with shimmering textures, deep tones, and spacious frequencies, designed to support a process of inner transformation. Live healing instruments are played throughout, integrated in real time to create a fully immersive, somatic experience.

We close with a cup of grounding tea and gentle integration, giving your body and spirit time to return with ease before stepping back into the world.
