Roots of light: Sound Journey

We begin outside, under the open sky, around a fire. Ceremonial cacao  shared in circle, a plant medicine revered by Indigenous cultures of Central and South America. Together, we drink with intention, honoring the land and the hands that carry its wisdom. The fire warms the body, the cacao warms the heart.

From there, we move indoors and lie down for the sound journey. This experience is rooted in ancestral tones, earth frequencies, and layered textures designed to support grounding, remembering, and energetic return. Live healing instruments are played throughout, integrated intuitively to create a fully immersive, somatic experience.

You’re invited to rest, receive, and allow the tones to move through you like memory,

slow, deep, and alive. This journey is ceremonial, intuitive, and attuned to the energy of the moment.

We close with gentle integration, giving your body space to absorb and return.
