We live in a world overflowing with chaos, noise, and distraction. Our nervous systems are constantly pulled outward, our minds rarely find true stillness, and our souls hunger for depth.
This retreat is your sanctuary, a space to step away from the outer noise and enter the labyrinth within, guided by the Spirituality Yantra and the mantra Om Kem Ketuve Namaha. This yantra is more than geometry; it is a vessel of vibration, a living labyrinth that steadies your wandering thoughts and draws you into the still center of Being.
As you work with its form and sound, distractions fall away, heavy emotions soften, and awareness opens to the deeper flow of universal life force. With each line you draw and each mantra you chant, you participate in an ancient practice known as yantra sādhanā, a discipline that has guided seekers for thousands of years into clarity, liberation, and inner peace.
🟢 Heightened intuition and sensitivity — awakening your inner sight and subtle awareness.
🟢 Perspective on life’s bigger questions — space to reflect, philosophize, and explore the deeper patterns of your life.
🟢 A deeper resonance with the healing arts — as your natural interest in esoteric wisdom and spiritual practice expands.
🟢 Release of emotional weight — softening what feels heavy, dissolving what feels overwhelming.
🟢 Detachment from old patterns — loosening the grip of what no longer serves you.
🟢 Freedom from over-identification — remembering yourself as soul, beyond ego, roles, or labels.
🟢 A quiet sense of liberation — spaciousness, peace, and lightness in your body and spirit.
🟢 Union with the universal life force — the fundamental realization that you are not separate, but part of the greater whole.
Yantras are a living technology of sound and form — a labyrinth for the soul that reveals your inner landscape and guides you toward transcendence.
Day One opens with ritual, intention, and sacred storytelling. You’ll set your sankalpa (personal intention), open your heart with cacao, and consecrate your hands in blessing before beginning the central practice: creating your own Spirituality Yantra.
This is a completely guided process. No art experience is needed. Each line and pattern becomes a step inward, much like walking a labyrinth.
You will also be guided into japa meditation, the rhythmic repetition of a sacred mantra. Together we’ll chant a full cycle of 108 repetitions of:
Om Kem Ketuve Namaha
This mantra is aligned with Ketu, the South Node of the Moon, an energy that draws us inward toward release, transcendence, and higher truth. Its vibration dissolves distraction, loosens attachments, and opens the way to deeper wisdom.
This is not religion, but a yogic practice, an ancient technology of sound vibration that shifts consciousness and prepares the mind for stillness. By chanting it, you align with a current of clarity, liberation, and spiritual perspective, the perfect foundation for the yantra creation that follows.
Day Two begins with a restorative Yoga Nidra to reset the nervous system, followed by extended hours of silence as you bring the yantra to life with color. The silence itself becomes the teacher, offering insight, healing, and clarity beyond words. The retreat closes with journaling and quiet reflection, before you depart carrying not only your completed yantra, but its living frequency to anchor your continued practice at home.
At the heart of this immersion is the Spirituality Yantra, imbued with the mantra:
Om Kem Ketuve Namaha
“I honor the tranquility and supreme bliss of my true nature.”
This yantra carries the vibration of release, transcendence, and higher truth. It is especially supportive for those who feel deeply sensitive, pulled by life’s distractions, or hungry to explore life’s bigger questions.
Working with it awakens intuition, heightens receptivity to the unseen, and opens new doorways into esoteric healing and the subtle arts. More than that, it gently reminds you that your soul is inseparable from the universal life force — and that true freedom comes not from escape, but from resting in that connection.
A yantra is a sacred geometric design used for thousands of years as a tool for meditation, focus, and awakening.
When infused with mantra, the yantra becomes alive — a frequency labyrinth that draws your awareness inward and guides you toward stillness at the center.
The word yantra comes from Sanskrit: yam meaning “to hold, to sustain” and tra meaning “instrument” or “tool.” Sanskrit is one of the world’s most ancient languages, and in yogic traditions it is known as a vibrational language — each sound is thought to carry a specific energetic quality. Mantras in Sanskrit are not just words to be understood by the mind, but sound formulas that work directly on the body, energy, and consciousness.
The Spirituality Yantra we will work with carries the vibration of release, transcendence, and higher truth. It is the vessel for the mantra Om Kem Ketuve Namaha, a phrase that honors the tranquility and supreme bliss of the true Self. Together, sound and form create a living field that clears distraction, softens emotional intensity, and loosens old attachments. By engaging with this yantra, you open yourself to heightened intuition, deeper healing, and the quiet liberation of remembering that you are part of the universal life force.
This is the hidden technology — a practice so simple it feels like play, yet so profound it can reconfigure your energy, sharpen your clarity, and awaken your spirit.
🟢 Your completed Spirituality Yantra — created by your own hands and activated through ritual, silence, and sacred intention. A living vessel that continues to radiate its vibration long after the retreat.
🟢 A chrysoberyl (cat’s eye) gemstone — a talisman linked to the energy of this yantra, supporting intuition, protection, and spiritual clarity.
🟢 Mala beads for japa meditation — your own set to carry home, so the 108-fold rhythm of the mantra can remain part of your daily practice.
🟢 Guided meditations (pre-recorded) — including the Yantra Deeksha meditation, designed to lead you step by step into the gates of your completed yantra, anchoring its energy into your being.
🟢 Free access to the Spirituality Yantra Online Course — for deeper study, practice, and integration at your own pace, expanding the retreat into a lasting journey.
When I first worked with the Spirituality Yantra, I skipped the silver circle and went straight to the lotus petals. At first, I thought it was just a mistake — but then I laughed, because I knew it was showing me something about myself.
The silver circle is the discipline, the container, the quiet structure that makes blossoming possible. And yet, I wanted to leap straight into the petals — the beauty, the bliss, the transcendence. That is my struggle in spirituality: yearning for awakening, but not always wanting to sit with the steady work that allows it to unfold.
This is why I love yantra sādhanā. It makes the work feel like a creative escape — a path where every line, circle, and color becomes a mirror. Your “mistakes” are not errors; they are teachers. Each stumble reveals something about your path, if you’re open to seeing it..
